That’s it?..

What measures are to be taken?

What incentives will be given to EUW?

Is there confirmation we will also get the 10days login completed after tomorrow reset ?

It’s nothing against you or towards you Roxx. You’re doing the best you can and with what you’re given.

But time after time, we’re getting screwed over.

  • First “forced” to change servers and lose on what we paid.
  • No infomation about compensation for losing out on Aura days while in EUC
  • No information about compensation for not being able to use matchmaking
  • No tickets for Abyssal INCORRECT lockouts
  • No Twitch Drops and no clarification if you can actually redeem them when they return ( these should’ve just been re-issued for gods sake )

And now two very big incentives to swap regions/servers, are just gone, and all we get is a “sorry about that”.

I get why it was done, but all it has really accomplished is punishing legit players that switched to EU West by removing the best rewards. Are you even going to remove the extra auras that people got from doing this “unintentional error” or are they going to keep a years worth of crystalline aura whilst the normal players get even more shafted?

I guess at this point we should just be thankful they didn’t completely remove the Login Rewards sections on EUW

For additional clarity, players that redeemed these Auras will not have action taken against their account (no bans/suspensions) but these items will be removed in the near future.

wait did amazon have a method to find how abused this? or is a all player punish? because i don’t want my legit 14day crystalline aura in my bank removed

Yes, the way these items will be retrieved is directly tied to the login rewards event

Don’t worry if yours was going to stay you would know. The only hope is using it straight away and hoping they can’t substract days of cristalline aura. If they can then it’s gone.
Considering there is money at stake, I’m pretty sure they will find a way to remove it in any way, shape or form.
Maybe they will give you another one but I wouldn’t hold my breathe.

Just going by the login event claims to remove the items is probably the easiest way for them to keep track on the items. Hopefully they can later add another event with account bound rewards instead of server bound rewards.

like many others i swapped region to help with the queue got half of my 100 bucks spent for it and now get punished because their fault this is a bit disappointing tbh

i personally tend to not care about those things but now it’s becoming silly

we can see clearly that ags have no experience on managing games.

Yes, adding server wide claims with account wide benefits screams lack of experience. I’m on Central but I’ll still push for West to receive some strong meaty benefits that are server bound.

im not necessarily angry it was changed to stuff that isnt region passable (it was a bit scummy that as an EUC player i could nab half of EUWs bonus)… but atleast be generous with the regionbound replacements; 10 una tasks and not even enough engravings to activate blue? come on what the hell

AGS deserves the fallout theyre gonna get from this slap in the face of literally everyone

How they’re handling it at the moment reminds me of how league of legends handled NA/EU differently, in that NA always got 100x the compensation. Kinda weird given how EU has more consumer protection laws, maybe they’re less worried about people complaining properly?

Oh, was it the time when it was managed by another company in EU, during the beta and shortly after? I can’t remember the name of the company but I remember in the early days, during the BETA, we always had a shitty service compared to NA. Then it got so bad RIOT decided to take over and things were much better.

That’s hard to believe since people still have like 5-10 founders pack from the exploit. And most of them already sold the pets and mounts.
