Don’t worry if yours was going to stay you would know. The only hope is using it straight away and hoping they can’t substract days of cristalline aura. If they can then it’s gone.
Considering there is money at stake, I’m pretty sure they will find a way to remove it in any way, shape or form.
Maybe they will give you another one but I wouldn’t hold my breathe.
Just going by the login event claims to remove the items is probably the easiest way for them to keep track on the items. Hopefully they can later add another event with account bound rewards instead of server bound rewards.
like many others i swapped region to help with the queue got half of my 100 bucks spent for it and now get punished because their fault this is a bit disappointing tbh

Yes, adding server wide claims with account wide benefits screams lack of experience. I’m on Central but I’ll still push for West to receive some strong meaty benefits that are server bound.

How they’re handling it at the moment reminds me of how league of legends handled NA/EU differently, in that NA always got 100x the compensation. Kinda weird given how EU has more consumer protection laws, maybe they’re less worried about people complaining properly?
Oh, was it the time when it was managed by another company in EU, during the beta and shortly after? I can’t remember the name of the company but I remember in the early days, during the BETA, we always had a shitty service compared to NA. Then it got so bad RIOT decided to take over and things were much better.
That’s hard to believe since people still have like 5-10 founders pack from the exploit. And most of them already sold the pets and mounts.

So basically you did not put a code that special rewards can obtainable for only onr server then took it of the players were trying to move. Nice work really good job as always
in US you can sue them for crazy amount of money and there is chance you will win
in EU you can do the same and you can win to but you will get compensated for what you prove that you have lost so usually money you payed and maybe lawyer cost if you get lucky
it will also take prabobly couple years as company is in US ![]()

same i got 3 alts one main sorceress at 600gs and i lost all my motivation since they cant even do basic things for their customers still havent received my celebration pack …
they can remove crystals they messed up putting in but they cant allocate you same amount you got on EU Central and give you items you purchased from the store and by that solving ALLOT of players concerns for switching to EU West kek.
