At that point i think is better to just go to a new game and be done with lost ark. You dont really realise how bad and painful is to get horizontal content stuff that is sadly important to your character back

Id wait and see what the new changes coming to horizontal content are about.
If the new player experience and the catching up experience gets that much better as they say, it might be worth the shot (i doubt it will be something that major though.
Genuine question though. Are things that bad on EUW ? Can you guys do raids etc?
Its shit auction house has no items less raiids at peak time than euc at 3am
noone in euw cares about a express.
Doesnt give any skins u bought.
Doesnt give you all isles, unas, mokokos anything…

already finished 6x vykas. 5x clown, 1 1-4 HM brel, 2 1-4 NM brel. in prime time, you can find people to do content, but not many.
but what’s the catch? all of them with pugs… most people in my friend list didn’t come online for 6 months or so.
It’s just 2 servers: Nia and Aelyn. Plenty of people to play with but not enough to sustain real region. Not too many lobbies, but enough if you have decent roster to raid in peak time. It’s auction house that suffers the most, barely anything on it and also hard to sell items other than most anticipated BiS accessories. It’s not dramatic yet, but looking at the rate LA is bleeding players out it may get pretty bad anytime soon.
EUW was being set as a default server if you create an account a while ago, so we have a nice influx of new players, but hard to say how many of them decide to keep playing.
Biggest guilds are doing well, giving the circumstances also we have less bots than other regions and decent gold to crystal ratio ( 1700g/90BC last I checked ).
We have one thing in common, we’re looking forward to get merged with EUC so we could finally buy and sell things without sniping AH for months to get anything with class engraving on it. We don’t have any founder skins available to buy, EUC has plenty priced around 30k. We would gladly pay 100k for it if we could.
Just like the guys before me said - we can manage but it’s far from being ideal.

Imagine having like more than 1K or 2K hours and switching to another region and doing stuff all over again.
Whoever does that has a problem
better quitting than rerolling. Image grind los 30 from the start
if people wanted to restart on the better region they would have already done so, if you are still on euw you are there untill you quit. Since the last person quitting on euw will happen before region merge/transfer.

I don’t care for the hyper express. Even if it’s 1490, this will not help for anything. 1490 character with 300 skills points, 4x3 with low roaster lvl and no titles. With the gatekeeping no one will take me in any raid. No point. I would move to EUC if they give me my horizontal content, cards and all legendary books i have. Without them the hyper express is pretty useless.

no. I’m not insane. also, I’m not actively playing on my EUC account. no dailies no chaos. nothing except vykas valtan with friends, and only for 1 char. won’t want to start all things over again.
5.5k hours into the game and on EUW, I like my roster and do not want to invest more time into a character in a different region.
We know something is coming to alleviate the issue it is just a matter of when I am too far gone now to invest in another region.

For me it goes fine every week, i pug everything because i just dont wanna be on a guild or statics and usually finish everything on saturday with not that big of an issue
Auction house can be a bit painful sometimes, but once you find it, you never have to touch it again so its not a big deal

Why?
Just merge EUW with EUC. Which should have been done many months ago.
3,5 k playtime on EUW and I have a 10 char roster…i would never start again on another region, even if they throw 3 or more power passes at me 
Either it’s an 1:1 transfer with all chars stuff and so on or a quit, very simple (and sad 
)

the main stopper for a reroll to me would be the horrizontal
i spent 300 or so hours doing all quests and gathering all the collectibles
it’s just too high of a cost to reroll if i were given the option
if i were you guys i’d just quit until either a region transfer is available or a region merge happens and just go crazy from all the catchup mechanics that are implemented by that time
if none of those happen well other games exist so why not play them instead

Chance of quitting this dog-run game: 90% (the 10% is i still play my main occasionally, my other 8 alts are all fully rested and will be rested until something drastic happens)

No way im rerolling either. 3.5k hours. No thanks. Would quit then rerolling. Disappointed on how EUW being treated. Will not buy or invest any money into the game until some solution was given.

If they are not able to merge/copy data, then this means for me in June: Goodbye Arkesia, Hello Sanctuary.
Waited long time enough now, patience is ending.
