I have noticed that EUW (yes euw omegalul) Rethramis players just refuse to use battle items and when you call them out for that, they will be just toxic, as if they knew better.
There are some toxic people here and there from every server, but Rethramis just stands out. I keep notepad file of people who grief me to ignore them once region-wide ignore list gets implemented and somehow Rethramis players manage to occupy 90% of the list.
So get your shit together and throw that phero on Kungelanium or destro on Valtan or else you will be forced to play with only other Rethramis no-battle-item-enjoyers.
