Me [11:09:13 AM] : but as part of a promotion to login (x) number of days you get a new item each day

Me [11:09:35 AM] : I did not claim those believing that they would be there as I got a higher level and could better use the items
Me [11:09:55 AM] : No I left them unclaimed expecting to be able to claim later
Me [11:10:08 AM] : NOTHING LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD BE REMOVED AT ALL
Me [11:10:32 AM] : there was no note saying you better claim these before (date) or they will be lost to you

Me [11:16:13 AM] : well that could be a deal breaker for me on this game. NOTHING SAYS TAKE THESE BY (DATE) or you will lose them. I feel this is wrong and should be corrected. IF you can show me where this is clearly stated I would feel other wise

Sergio [11:18:56 AM] : Well, normally on the Login Event window, it shows the event period, in this case the last event was from 2/8 - 3/10
Me [11:19:28 AM] : but where does it say you must claim all items before 03/10 or they are lost to you??

Me [11:26:06 AM] : I believe its easy to see why I had this issue and I would like to see some effort to replace the items as I believe I have earned them.
Me [11:26:49 AM] : if your going to remove the items why not put them in the inventory right away when you login and note that the character/roster received x bonus item for logging in this day

Me [11:32:09 AM] : I would have 0 complaints if it said you must claim the items before the end of this period. It does not say that AT ALL
Me [11:32:39 AM] : I would be willing to accept my mistake if that were the case here but its not
Sergio [11:32:41 AM] : The ticket is still in pending state, also a follow up is also created by the support associate who raised the ticket for you so once they get an update they will update you on the same. I was able to annotate here to request an update from the team, you will be contacted via e-mail with their response and the result of your case
