Lol, bruh. I’m on the exact same situation, and indeed in many other games the rewards would be sent via in-game email or remain available for some more time till you claim them or they expire, but bruh…

You want to talk to the devs via contact support?!?!?

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to live the world you re imagining… I’m just sad cause I know you won’t be happy when you wake up.

Our loss, bruh. Now we know we must claim them. More opportunities and rewards will follow. I get your frustration and share it with you. As I said, I’m on the same boat.

the easiest solution is to just add the item to roster inventory and give you an ingame pop up that you have been given a reward for logging in on (x) day. I didn’t expect to talk to devs but I was hoping to get the issue escalated and know that a ticket would be sent. I have 2 other tickets I have opened and they have just fallen into a black hole. Sadly, the helpdesk agent was on the receiving end of my frustrations knowing that this issue was going to be ignored.

I feel really sorry for Sergio.

I also lost many unclaimed rewards including the mount. Although there is a date range at the top of the window it was absolutely not clear at all that you would lose the previous range rewards, especially since I saw several screenshots that had tabs like this one I thought I would be able to claim them at any date.

Kinda sucks but why wouldn’t you just claim them and dump them in storage?

Like, unless it absolutely says bound to character. You can always send it to alts or whatever via in game storage - roster storage.

Also in case of you didn’t notice there’s this thing called EXPIRATION DATE on all mails.

I mean even if it’s bound to character, claim the login ON the character you want it on.

part of the problem is knowing which I wanted it on. I wanted time to experiment and find the right class for me. Why would I burn up all the limited storage I had carrying this around and with this being a new game to me and in general before I a) knew what the items actually were and b) which toon I wanted to have them and how to actually use them. C) storage to my limited game knowledge is not unlimited.

EXACTLY. 100% NAILED IT. Seems I need to add a complete sentence to say you have nailed my point.

You knew when the daily resets are.
You knew there was going to be an update.
You knew the update would take a few hours so it will be the weekly reset in that time period.
AND still you did NOT claim your rewards.

How could anyone not play a save game and claim their rewards rather than waiting out and hoping they implemented a system to get the rewards you DID NOT CLAIM.
Nobody forces you to claim these rewards, if you want them, you claim 'em, if you don’t, you don’t.

Projecting your failure onto somebody else won’t solve your problem. Move on and learn your lesson.

It said it ended 3/10 but it actually ended 3/9. I don’t agree with how op handled it but there is a little discrepancy

AGS continues to amaze. The reason some screenshots have that 2nd tab is because theyre EUW region. I play EUC and I haven’t been able to get some of the rewards because of all the issues that happened over there. They tried to incentivize players to move start over on EUW by adding that 2nd tab and some other minor compensations. Meanwhile EUC got nothing, and login rewards don’t begin to describe the damage lol. There’s another thread where cm’s are trying to pass off the launch gift everyone got (every region) as the EUC compensation, and saying they can’t do anything about people on EUC who paid for the crystal aura but it didn’t work for people for up to 3 weeks. Meanwhile one server on NA had a bugged quest and they got a whole care-package. Honestly no launch is perfect but the more you dig into this whole mess and how they’re handling all of the different issues is just…tragicomical, i really don’t know anymore

Just saying, it’s kind of your own fault not claim them after you accepted the rewards from daily logins. I don’t see why Amazon support should help you - and no I’m not defending for them and probably should do better customer service - but since there’s nothing here that involving fraudulent actions, game defaults, and/or connectivity issues that led to them rewards disappearing, but human errors.

I do however, also have unclaimed items left on PRODUCT INVENTORY which are account bound (or some like twitch drop are roster or character/server bound), usually and so far none of them have expiration date like the mail system.

Vers, below your making a ton of assumptions here for a new player of a brand new game.

You knew when the daily resets are. ( I have no idea when the daily reset are, and I think they are irrelevant to my point )
You knew there was going to be an update. ( Not clear on how this would matter, in other games there can be an update but items and rewards are not removed, so not clear how relevant )

I think that you missed my point entirely. I am a new player to a new game. Although I am extremely upset by this action, I have found the game does so many things well. I want to get that out of the way.

I also want to note that the game is very deep and with my play time I have not been able to deeply explore all facets of the game and the interworking of it. You must have taken a look there are so many menus and options and for someone brand new this is a bit overwhelming. So again I am unclear on how you imply that I would know so many things about this game. I have been looking around on the internet for how to build and play my characters and trying to understand all of the complexities I am just now finding. So when the rewards were being given I chose to leave them available instead of pulling into I see as a limited storage area that I have routinely filled on each of my characters. I wanted to learn and understand what the gifts were for and then how to best use them to advance my characters. NO WHERE is it stated that this is a gift with an EXPIRATION DATE and you MUST CLAIM or LOSE them. I do not even see that as implied. Maybe this is to a more experienced gamer but again I AM NEW to the game. I add that if this is the method of delivery and there is a roster storage I think that this should be automatically added there and you get the screen showing you the available items for the period and that you were assigned this item to your apparently unlimited roster inventory. ( not sure how that works yet or that its unlimited but this appears to be implied again). Thanks for sharing your opinion and trying to understand mine and my frustrations of me making time to login to get these “rewards” only to find that I didn’t get them and the extraordinary efforts I had to make to make sure I logged in each day to obtain them were wasted.

It says event window 3/10 -4/14 for the new calendar. You know you can claim the items and just leave them in your mailbox until you want to use them or the 30 days expire. Maybe they should make the login rewards auto claimed so people cant do this to themselves and then blame the system lol

I thought it is generally known that it is important to know daily/weekly reset times. And im paranoid of losing rewards etc, so thats why im amazed that you didnt claim the rewards as soon as possible.

But I didnt mean to attack you, if u felt that way, im sorry.
