Event powerpass not mailed

Hello, the event powerpass still hasn’t appeared in my mail. I have claimed previous event powerpasses without an issue, reloaded and played main and alts multiple days today, restarted the game a few times, still nowhere on my characters i have the pass in my mail.

There is an odd thing though, Berver’s Friend quest does not appear in my completed quest journal even though I have done it, and have claimed previous event powerpasses.

Any help/guidance please?

It is what it is, but I have decided to do the quest again on another character and received the pass, still weird the quest dissapeared from my main on which I’ve done it on before
