I’m pretty sure it means you have “power pass” available on Galatus server

This was for when they needed to do special maintenance on Galatur. I have no idea how to claim it though. Apparently we also had one on Kadan but I never received it.
For me it says procyon server only - I’ve been on procyon since the beginning. I’m just lucky I guess?
Once you ding lvl 50, you can power pass a alt to 50. You will gain pass for 2alts also if you want to skip al quests once alt ding 50. In your stronghold, there is knowledge tab from main you can transfer al knowledge to alt through research
