Blue crystal prices have tanked too, im saying with the deflation of gold prices everything else has deflated too, when i pushed 1370 destruction stones were 110g per 10 now they are what 26? Blue crystals were almost 900g per 95 now its like 450ish? The real expense for end game honing isnt even gold, its silver.
He is making less gold but at the same time gold is worth more now then it was a couple weeks ago.
How is this going to prevent you from buying skins? Since gold is more valuable and market is deflating, skins will just cost less on the market now then before. It literally changes nothing.
You shouldnt be buying mats anyways. Buying mats is the first step to rage honing.
This isnt true, omen skin and weapon went from 16k to around 3k, founders skins… i mean even the cerbirus mount has dropped.

I have 3 characters in t3, 9 in t2, all of them over 900GS. I don’t buy mats, I have enough income to feed my toons. I don’t even have enough gold to keep up with my honing.
Just don’t tier 3 hone after 1340, it’s not worth your time or money. It wasn’t even before all the gold left the market. Sell Tier 3 materials until the next substantial patch, there’s your gold.

Yeah I plan on just sitting my alts at 1340 and leave my main at 1400. Then just hone weapon to +16(new milestone) with bound materials only.
Very wise, I can’t even imagine how agonizing getting to 1400 was by itself, but I admire the tenacity.
Leapstones is really the biggest factor. And I ended up selling solar protections for solar graces (more cost effective per honing chance). But with the crazy amount of unas task +1 from vendor, it makes getting great honor leapstones a joke. You can get like 20-30+ daily.

Dont forget bunch of people suddenly pushing to 1370 and 1385 with current event. Every tap costs 70~200 raw gold. Bots cant generate gold as much as they did before. That’s where deflation is happening rn
Yeah but the prices for accessories and stones aren’t going down in T3. People selling stones for 2k right now, and decent accessories like 340 selling for 2/5k so it’s hella hard to optimize, 370 is even higher. There’s not enough passive gold in the game rn to support the economy
So you’re aware where the economy is headed; basic materials in KR like the guardian/destruction stones are worth 1g per 10, and hardly sell.
You don’t make gold from selling mats in KR/RU, you make raw gold from running raids on multiple characters / selling good accessories.
The crystals on NA/EU have been INSANELY overpriced for a long time and are gradually falling down, and though 10g per 10 seems cheap compared to what you may be used to - that’s still 10x more expensive than they should be.
