Every day it's harder to play

I have 3 problems with my account.
1- the on and off button for the islands alarm is not working.
2- my team finished argos and i was disconnected, i didn’t get the reward nor one and i also didn’t get the reset card.
3- in the menu, in the texture option I put the option but it stays blank causing me to have problems with lags.
how to solve this?

Few things to add that might be helpful :slightly_smiling_face:

  1. The alarm has been broken on and off for a few patches now. Seems to be worse now. At any rate some other players reported it and it has been passed up to the devs for a fix.
  1. unfortunately this has been a known issue since before the game launched. The way that lockouts are handled tends to cause this to happen pretty frequently. I wouldn’t so much call it a bug as a severely flawed design choice.

Currently the only way to get a re-entry ticket is via an automated system. It only dispenses tickets if those issues are due to a server side issue. Support is not able to grant tickets to players.

  1. I think this is another one that keeps popping up. The recent patch was actually supposed to fix this but apparently it failed to do so. Not sure if this is similar to the issue that happened a few months ago but in that case the main issue was the Korean voice pack that players were using was causing texture issues for some reason. If you are using the KR Voice pack try switching back to EN and see if that helps at all.

I am sorry to hear about your the issues you mention. Taking into consideration the great advice given by @Bluecogs, here are some other things to have in mind or try:

1- Our developer team is aware of the issue with the island alarms and is working on it.
2- Regarding your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run, please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

3- Regarding the issue you seem to be having with getting your texture settings to save, please try the following steps in order to fix this:

*Before you start, do not change, delete, or modify anything else in the folder you will be viewing as it can affect your game installation!

  1. Navigate to Steam/Steamapps/common/Lost Ark/EFGame/Config
  2. Look for the file named “GameUserSettings.ini or XML”.
  3. “Right click” on it, then click on “Properties”.
  4. Un-check the box at the bottom that says “Read-Only”.

If the issue persists after this and specifically for this scenario our tech team will need to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is better not posted on the forums so it would be best if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.

‘‘ARK/ShooterGame’’ ? Wrong game man, this is Lost Ark, not ARK.

Could at least drop the normal reward other than the chest purchased when disconnected from the raid. thanks
