I apologise for the issue that is troubling you and hampering your experience with Lost Ark. I checked the server status for Rethramis and it shows that it is up and running. Now since you are getting disconnected I would like to request you to share any error messages you might be seeing during the disconnect or a lack thereof as it may help me narrow down the cause and provide a better resolution to you. I patiently await your response.
