Whenever I try to log into the game with ExitLag enabled I just get Guide: “An error has occurred. Exiting the game.” Does anyone have a fix for this?
exit lag is a vpn, you cant connect to lost ark via vpn anymore. they are blocking vpn’s from being used to access the game, post about it located here https://forums.playlostark.com/t/usage-of-a-vpn-andor-error-10010/354713

Exitlag may have tried to get all their ip addresses whitelist with AGS by giving them a list of ip addresses but with there being so many ip address there is bound to be a few that dont get added and still get blocked as they are still a form of a VPN. I wanna say AGS also limits the number of accounts connected per ip address so it could be that as well.
So I guess from that post its allowed from the sounds of it but you could still run into issues like listed above, maybe try a different route or restart steam/exitlag/lost ark/pc all I can suggest, sorry and best of luck.
Judging by the next reply in the twitter thread in the post @Lukan shared. There’s a chance that although exitlag is whitelisted in terms of IP’s, it may not be broad enough to cover everybody’s individual circumstance.
Could also try what @gimboo4653 is suggesting. I’m not familiar with exitlag software so if they have the ability to change IP or something similar. Give that a go.

I am having the same issues as everyone else. I tried switching servers and got a message that I’m logged into multiple accounts and that I may get my account restricted. I turned off exitlag and I got in immediately. Please fix this.
Also having the same issue with exitlag enabled. Valtan server. Stuck in the “Please wait for a moment” after server selection, and eventually “an error has occured. exiting the game.”. It started since few days ago. It’s kind of odd that prior to that, it worked flawlessly.

Whitelisting exitlag is one thing, but you also got to take care about the issue impacting players that use it. We all love the game but it’s 2022 and ppl use exitlag especially for mmos. Not a complain btw. I do love the game, and hoping this to be a constructive feedback
This is the exact same problem I’m having. It’s weird, it doesn’t give me an error code just waits and waits then disconnects.
Try using 2 TCP routes and 1 UDP route, worked for me
can exitlag circumvent the “region is closed” issue?
I’ve heard for some people it may work. I’d just try a free trial and see for yourself
