I just did a South Vern Secret Dungeon and got a drop called “Expert Tool Craft Kit (Bound)”
Funny thing is i cant use it because the item in the Workshop is called “Expert Craft Kit”
Same Symbol, im guessing this is a bug?
Most likely got it from the secret map crafted from stronghold mats. Check the “farm” tab in the workshop, that one should have a tool chest recipe that uses the bound tool kit.

yeah was my bad. it was exactly what suku wrote. i didnt bother to look where i can check this as settled cause it was 3 weeks ago
