As you see, Zeals just had the E-Mail with those Stuff which arent supposed to be there anymore.
I didnt had it on no character what so ever.
Please explain it Ags ( its just few minutes ago)

the whole thing just keeps getting worse
It exists because Zeals had logged in atleast once by the time the mails were sent out and removed.
If you bothered to research you would know as its the same case for multiple people.
They said " Starting at 5 AM PT /2 PM CET we’ll perform an unscheduled maintenance and the Lost Ark servers will be unavailable for 120 minutes. During this maintenance unclaimed mails titled “Notice: Skill Trees” will be removed from characters mailboxes, and unused items claimed from these emails will be also removed. Pheons claimed from these emails will be deducted as well. "
So in that understanding, No Email should exist, am i wrong?
Honestly im not sure whats up with that.
Multiple people on the unofficial discord for loa had the same situation, they had logged in but didnt claim the mail, once servers went up it was still there.
Tho it seems they had started deleting them manually or something b4 the maintenance even started, as some ppl got them on their mains but their alts didnt have any.
Well, so with the official Statement its, hard to say, a scam. No Email should exist, but they still exist for people. They just announced they didnt removed phoens, pretty sure they didnt removed the other stuff. We`ll see, hope someone from the Team will answer it
Cant be they say somethin official but in the end its just not right what they tell us.
How AGS can explain that? if they canot simple explain what they doing xd
Well, i hope at one point (prob after they announced their compensation in 24 hrs) i get an answer from some mod ^^
