Express character deleted please help

I activated my Special Express Mission on a reaper character that I deleted .
I deleted that character and made a summoner .
I thought the Special Express Mission would be changeable once my summoner hits 1370,
but it seems it is stuck on the reaper that got deleted.
Is it possible to just swap it from the summoner to the reaper ?

Request: Move Special Express Mission from reaper → summoner
reaper: (i don’t remember )
summoner: kuroccat (1370)
Server: Zinnervale
Region: EU Center.

Please note that I only need the Special Express Mission effect moved to the summoner,
I do not need the reaper restored.
please help me.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue and for providing detailed information for your request. I must inform you that we are unable to transfer or swap the Express Mission manually, you are able to change the character once in game before you have used the honing buffs, so if you used the honing benefit on your reaper it will lock the Express Mission to that character.

thank for replying
i have not used the honining buff on my reaper , it was deleted at 1370 item level. I currently no longer have the option to move the hyper express as the character is deleted and no longer accessible.

Hi @KuroCat,

If you haven’t used it on your reaper then the only way to swap the characters is if we restore it and you do it manually since we are unable to swap them from our side. If you do have a character slot available and you wish to restore the reaper for this purpose just let me know!
