It could help I ended up not paying attention and I accidentally changed the express to another char and I can’t change it anymore to go back, I can change it to the origin character somehow or if I delete the char I can select a new one instead

I am sorry to hear of this mistake in changing the character for the express event. In general, there is no going back when this happens but I would suggest contacting support to determine if any alternative can be put in place at all.
