Queued for the second challenge abyssal dungeon and got stuck in a screen as 1/4 for 20 seconds. Afterwards it spit me back into town with the dungeon music still playing and ate my entry completely. Support says they can’t help me with a ticket as they can’t see anything wrong on their end. Just in case you should start recording when you queue into abyssals so you don’t end up locked out for the week.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected when queuing for a run but support gave you the correct answer on this. Please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

Yeah, I figured as much but I never disconnected and the game never closed when queueing. I queued correctly while no one else in my party did and it kicked me out immediately. I had no chance at actually clearing the dungeon since I entered, and it immediately kicked me back to town since I entered as 1/4. We cleared Gate 1 together and they were fairly confused as to why I wasn’t able to immediately rejoin them for Gate 2. There is nothing I could have done about this on my end so the only thing I can do going forward is record every single time I queue as I never know when ill run into the same issue and lose my weekly entry for no reason.
