What is the issue with my RNG? Kept failing honing, switch places, channels doesn’t help. Yet my friend just 1 tap them 3 times in a row. What’s fair? Honing stones are so EX at US West, Saved up a week just for 1 hone success? I can’t keep up like this. iLvl1404 only and it fails till pity. Yet streamers pass at 5% to 1490. Doesn’t make sense yo.

Despite having a 1385, I didn’t even know how pity worked until I leveled my Glaivier and pitied over and over again. What’s unfair about a coin toss?
Coin toss is 50/50. The honing is more like throwing a 10 sided dice and landing on 1.
The RNG Is worst than going to 1370 with 10%. How am i keeping with these hones with all the pity to get 1 lvl up?
Because I’m pitying a weapon that costs 30+ leaps per attempt at a 5% rate. Make me cry everyday
It’s as close to a dice roll as it is a coin flip, it’s an incrementally increasing discrete random variable with a guaranteed chance of success.
The odds aren’t 1/10 and they’re certainly not 1/2
