Failed to start the game (2)

I have had this problem since yesterday.
When running the game the EAC opens and the screen freezes for a moment, here this first error appears “Failed to start the game (2)” and it doesn’t open the game.

when clicking “exit” another error is generated which is 10011(Failed to start the game (2)).

update drivers, uninstall and reinstall the game, change hdd, repair “EasyAnticheat_Setup.exe”.
Windows Updates.
disable windows defender firewall I’m out of ideas, does anyone know how to fix it? you

Lots of people having this problem the last 2 days. Nothing but crickets from AGS.
