I got falsely banned 13 days ago - i logged in a day after spending some money in the in game shop and got greeted with a pop up saying i was permanently banned. I have in these 13 days tried and tried to send in appeals and get a real response.
I have not succeeded in hitting a real person who can review my case.
I have lost count on how many appeals sent and how many answers on them, but id prob guess around 30-40 ANSWERED appeals. Which all has been Automated responses.
I would like to ask you: @Community-Team - What do you think about these answers and I hope you agree that this is ridiculous and should be taken more seriously.
Let’s just take the two most recent appeals ive gotten a answer on:
This answer i got 4 days ago, it states that i have “cheated” in the game. Which i obviously have not done, why else would i keep trying for weeks if i knew i did cheat. Since im not a cheater in any way. I know i should be unbanned some day…
But lets just talk about what this message reads. It says that my Account “REMAINS” “PERMANENTLY banned UNTIL 2022-10-15 03:08”
Ok thats better than a perm ban right? Id say yes if you actually cheated its better. But since i have not cheated, I am no were close to being satisfied. I contacted a Live Support on Amazon, which said this. Kinda exactly the same as another live support said some days back.
He then told me to wait:
So i did, i actually waited that long, I knew it was BS but i gave it a shot, and yes. I didnt recieve any response back from the so called “Technical team”.
I then just wanted to make sure that i was actually banned until the date provided above, to check if it was a REAL unban date. So i contacted another Live Support to just get a confirmation on the issue. Here is what he answered:
So the guy named Allan Roberto said he could confirm that was the date i would be unbanned.
I then told him how ive been treated like garbage by the so called “moderator team” He then said this:
Since when could they send feedback or anything to the moderators. Literally all the other supports ive asked, cant even do anything with the moderators, not send them anything, nothing. But this guy could? No, i dont think so. He just wanted to seem nice.
So after a quick day of waiting, i decided to go back to send appeals. First appeal i sent, didnt recieve any response in 1 and a half day. Decided to send one more, and i got a answer back in 40 minutes FROM THAT APPEAL that I submitted 40 minutes ago:
Wow, who would of guessed, I am back to being perma banned, or am I? Cause I have only given the same appeal for literally 9 days straight, and they keep sending different reasons (some say ive been harmful in chat etc, thats why youre banned) And they keep having different times when i get unbanned. This is ridiculous and the moderators behind the mails should start caring more (If they even exist)…
The reason for why I have sent the same appeal for 9 days with the same proof on it, is because they have yet to watch the EVIDENCE GIVEN. I made a video about all bank transactions etc for over 3 months, everything ive done on the internet, all mails etc. And made it into a video on YouTube. And there i can see everything, how long they have watched, if they even clicked on the video. Where they watch from etc. And i think you guessed it.
THEY HAVE NOT WATCHED A SINGLE BIT OF MY EVIDENCE VIDEO, and they still say in their mails that “We reviewed the information you provided on appeal and have confirmed that the original disciplinary action was merited in your case”
LIKE PLEASE @Community-Team @Roxx and who else, can you guys just help me in this, help me reach a real moderator. Heck, even plan a call with one of the moderators, i just want to start playing and grinding with my friends again. I have been treated like a non human for 13 days by these Amazon Mods/live support people.
