I am posting this as i have no1 else to turn to with ban appeals they are being declined. My main steam account Brandon100k character Tassili-Galatur was banned for 5 years.
Story is over the last 4 days ive been doing level 10 gem combining after i save up 2 weeks of bus gold about 200k total i decided to gamble it all on chance at making 110k, well i hit damage 7 times in a row thus resulting in me profiting over 800k gold. since i was up so much i decided to keep going, this caused my account to be flagged in receiving 5.6m gold in sales over this time frame, however this gold was traded on the market.
But most the people buying level 10 gems are prob using gold from RMT, but this is not my problem im selling my item for market value.

I cant post my full market history as only that page was available in my screenshots due to my account being banned for 5 years btw lol.
The response i get from amazon is this anytime i appeal.
The clip were i had 400k was from hitting damage twice this clip was over a month old and it became 2 cdr gems which i lost around 160k of my gold. i then saved up for 2 weeks selling bus’s to go again an hit it big on 7 damage in a row.
27 level 7s at 6k-7k was high point is around 162-189k
This nets me 1 level 10 gamble, i hit damage it sold for 300k, i rolled again it hit damage it sold for 300k, i rolled again i hit damage it sold for 300k, i rolled again i hit damage it hit 300k, you can each im profiting around 100k each time i hit damage now there is were the fun starts, so i didnt actually make 5.6m because even though i hit damage rolls 7 times, i started hitting cdr to the point that i started to go even an when you hit cdr you lose 60-80k depending on current gem prices.
So over the course of 4 days of gambling i did 5.6m in gem sales between damage an cdr but i never net profited anything i actually lost money as i had 40k when my account was banned. They flagged my account for selling 5.6m gold worth of stuff to gold that was traced back to RMT as its pretty obvious who buys level 10 gems but thats not my problem, i shouldnt fear for my account because i got lucky gambling and wanted to make gold though the in game market and how it is ment to be used.
You can see how this huge string of transactions can be flagged by an automated system if you dont actually look at the item being sold. considering they think im rmting while using level 10 gems sold at market value to buy the gold is kinda flawed.

3 minutes later was banned again.
Response from amazon.
Reason i had 690k in gem sells inside my mail 2 level 10 damage sold for around 295k each and 1 level 10 cdr sold for 100k. - the 5% tax this adds up 653k which they said i rmted.
You can see at the moment of the ban i have the same amount of gold that i had when i was unbanned. I didnt even claim the mail i just went to grab the login reward.
Ive tried appeals, i get nowhere.
Ive tried support, i get no answers.
Ive asked for evidence and my data and get no reply.
Ive asked to speak to someone, i get radio silence.
