False Banned. Ban Appeals Sends Automatic Response

Hi There,

Recently got banned for cheating but I have not cheated. Per the email from Amazon, I:

  1. Used a known cheat program (I never cheated… heck, I was on a 5 week vacation on another continent and didn’t even login when I was banned)
  2. Am a repeat offender (I pulled all my Amazon data, screenshot attached of the AmazonGames.Moderation.Penalties.csv file that shows this is my only infraction ever, so how am I a repeat offender?)

I’ve attempted to appeal through the ban appeal link (Appeal a Penalty - Support | Amazon Games) and was met with a firm no. Ignored any proof that I’m not a repeat offender, ignored proof I sent that I was not even in the US or playing (I provided my travel itinerary, my current IP address at the time of the ban which was in Vietnam and the ban was 3 weeks into my 5 week trip).

Screenshot below noting the constant “no further evidence was provided” when I attempted to provide additional evident multiple times.

What can I do about this? The ban appeal just sends me to an automatic response now that responds very quickly.

It seems like the Ban Appeals have been outsourced and after the initial appeal request it’s automatically sent to a automated response inbox so no one is even actually reviewing it.

I am a player with 3700 hours played and 100’s of dollars spent legitimately on the game so having this false ban and just throwing it all away for no reason is pretty upsetting and not having a real person work with me on my appeal is just sad, showing that AGS really doesn’t care about it’s player base. There are bots running rampant, players openly RMTing and cheating, but false bans like mine are just case closed without any further review.

you cant and wont get help here and the thread will get removed once a mod sees it.
only way to get help is through ban appeal

will just say this

you could have cheated or done whataver half a year ago and they banned you just now. saying you werent playing when the banned happend isnt a defence.

sounds like he outsourced his account to some illegal bot farm for gold and they used hacks on his account, regardless he got banned, no appeals and no help here.

Amazon knows everything, everyone, and all actions all at once. good riddance.
