False Code of Conduct Ban and 10010 error

I hope it get fix asap, I play at night and buy some drink potions in peyto while reporting all bots and when I wake up and open my account I get this message.

I’m sorry to hear that you had issue within the game that caught yourself to be banned. Currently forum mods and live chat mods can’t see any information related to the ban.

I just wanted to confirm that the information kindly provided by @InochiEsDi is correct! I understand how frustrating it can be. We are aware of the fact that with the ban wave might’ve affected legitimate users and the appeals team has been informed, the best way to deal with this issue is to send an appeal with the link provided and try to explain as best as possible the situation, as the only team able to see any information regarding bans is reached with the appeals.

Can I ask a question? When the amzn support unban me it says that i used vpn because that I get banned. But I didnt remember downloading or using vpn in my pc (can’t afford)

I only using mobile hotspot for my internet connection, Is it considered as VPN? coz back when I changed my mobile hotspot password I need to do some ,”ipconfig /flushdns /release or something like that” to play the game or else 10010 error will appear.
