I never thought i have to do stuff like this, because i thought it wasnt real and all and people dont get falsely banned.
I also got flagged for the Gem selling for normal prices.
I saved up my gems and fused them together because i wanted to get a lvl 9 Gem for my SH. unfortunatly i didnt get a LVL 9 DMG gem and it became an CDR Gem. I thought that this isnt to bad because CDR Gems was like 105k on the Auction House and DMG Gems like 110k. So i Sold my Gem for 104999 (which was the lowest price on the AH to that time) and bought my dmg gem while my other one was on the auction House. After some Hours my CDR Gem sold.
Yesterday i got kicked out of the Game, with the accusation of not fulfilling the code of conduct. After i logged in again i got the information i got flagged and my Gold has been removed from it. So some RMT Dude bought my Gem, great.
After that i wrote a ticket to Amazon Games for falsely punishment, because the Appeal to a ban website doesnt work for me.
the first response didnt even answer my plea, the other one told me that they opened up a ticket, but he didnt even used my accountname to greet me, he used a delivery adress of my father which i used ages ago to send something over to his house what i ordered.
How can i think that the ticket he opened is qualified to adress the issue?
I never did RMT because i hate how people F up the econmy and the normal Player. I also try to report every goldfarm bot which comes over my way.
All Purchases i did ( for Skins and for Gold) was per Steam and Ingame Royal Crystals.
And how is it even possible that (when every ban is handpicked and not automized) i get banned for a Gem, which sells like quite a lot, was the cheapest on the market for that time, sold after several hours, can accuse me for RMT when in that time every person could have bought it because it was the regular price? why should i RMT something for its worth when i can just sell it?
I really dont know how to work with that, support feels like they dont give an F, im sitting here with lost gold + a Flag which makes me uncomfortable because i need to live in constent fear that the next time i sell something expensive and the false dude buys my thing i get a permaban for that.
Of course i didnt take any screenshots of the gem selling, because i really thought that wasnt a thing because roxx also said “if you use the Auctionhouse like you should nothing will happen”, guess what, she doesnt know it seems.

I got an answer after a really long time that im a confirmed RMT guy. i even prove with new screenshots that i sold it to normal prices which you can find here:
i feel so betrayed for being an honest player and playing the game like i should be able to.
i really dont know what to do now beeing so punished for doing basicly nothing wrong.
Is there any other thing i can do to it? like they said any message to that appeal wont be answered anymore.
