just wondering who is your favorite character of the story so far or maybe the most interesting one, I don’t mean playable classes.

For me it has to be Guardian Investigator Luna. I love going on adventures with her and throughout the quest chain we develop a bond of friendship and maybe it might even become more than that towards the end if the quest chain does continue later on (through future patches of course) but I really like her as a character, and she has a really good tsundere personality trait that just attracts my attention.

The fortune teller in Feiton is indeed the best character in the game. All the others are mostly forgettable.

Speech lines, behavior in general, rapport quests. I don’t know, I find her annonying.

the characters i’ve liked the most so far are balthorr, shana and kadan but my absolute favorite is Brelshaza 
Thar from Vern.
I’d say Zaika, he has a interesting story and his sacrifice to save Feiton is one of the more emotional stories.
