Favorite off-meta builds

I’m approaching this more from the arpg side. There were always interesting and fun themed builds people would make that were outside of the meta. There isn’t content that calls for extremely rigid meta right now. What are your favorite off-meta builds?

Edit: Right now im messing around with a reflux frost sorceress. She has meh damage but she is silly tanky. (changed non-meta to off-meta)

that’s cute, but theres not much viability in off meta here.

the kind of off meta you’re talking about basically accumulates to no weak point, no stagger, no group content viability

everything that is helpful to the team is already meta
