The pass from the item shop works in other regions even if you don’t have a char on level 50 there and it seems to be the same pass as our power pass so I don’t really get that
Also in other regions there are T2 and T3 boosts so they should offer that depending on how far the player got on EUC

Power Pass Functionality
We’ve also heard the ask for Power Pass grants to help folks transfer to new regions, but unfortunately this is not something that can work as a solution. A Power Pass can only be implemented on a Roster that already has a level 50 character, and will not work on the first character on a Roster, even if you have previously done so on another region or server. However, you will still be able to earn 2 free Power Passes on the Europe West region after getting your first character to 50 and completing “Ealyn’s Gift”.
do this means we will be able to gain more power pass on EU west even if we got them in EU central? im a bit confused
Thats for me a really bad news… there is nothing in the news which will help us for queues and also nothing which fixes the matchmaking… restarting does not do alot… and a fix in the future does not help us now…

Good news for matchmaking. Unfortunately, long queues will never be fixed as long as people can still create rosters on EUC. They need to close the region right now.

Yes, they’re server specific things, you can get 2 of them each server you just need to level a character through to finish the vern world quest. They’re not restricted to 2 per game account.

Well if I read between the lines : it’s a reboot server. That’s all…
The bottom of the post “ongoing issues” paragraph cleary state that all our problems won’t be fix with a useless reboot server 
and for God knows how long… ( maybe Amazon does know it…)
So starting tomorrow : 20k queue, no shop, no premium, no matchmaking !!! 
Who wants to take bets?

yes its just a restart without any fix…
So yeah it will change nothing. Tomorrow Primetime it will not working again…
So with region transfers not possible, when the hype dies and EUW eventually lose more players, the low population in that region will have no choice but to get stuck there. This is not good news at all. You need to work on getting transfers developed ASAP and cross region
So, the queues will still be there after the update.

eventually will happen but they can merge servers there and maintain healthy population if needed , i know no1 wanna be in a dead server but hype will go away eventually

Will it though? They gave no assurance. They’re more like WE WANT IT but IT MAY NEVER HAPPEN
Disappointing yet again by AGS. The least they could do is offer more of an incentive for people that are on the fence to switch. The most likely scenario here is that most people get fed up with how AGS is handling things and quit the game entirely.
Also I have my doubts on whether this “restart” will fix any of the matchmaking issues.
Area chat restriction is going to make things so much worse.
it wont stop gold spammers.
instead it will move them more and more towards the later cities. causing more annoyance for higher level people. not to mention that whole “add me” spam.
Well that is some improvement for sure if they can pull it off.
I still think they need to lock down EUC and clear our all the bots and gold sellers to let the actual people play amd re open it once the hype goes down.
This is just a 2 hours rest for servers, nothing more.
There is not any plan about compensation of aura time that we never able to use which we paid for it. It means that they do not have a foreseenable ETA for all these errors.

what is more sad is they do maintenances whenever they feel like it , some ppl took 5h to get into the game and meet maintenance

We’ve gone a week without being able to matchmake - getting gradually worse, ending today with not being able to enter instances solo - and yet there’s no mention of any kind of compensation. We’ve wasted HOURS just standing in cities just to get into a few daily raids.
