So my similar thread about trusted status feedback got moved to support section for some reason?!? Here is my feedback again:

The problem is they don’t tell you estimated times, so here is my experience.
I spent 5€ on steam and activated 2FA on January 21., I got trusted on steam in 10-15, however I am still restricted in lost ark after 73 day on this day.
What happens is:
New players see it’s a free to play game, they play it, they get to the point they want to use market, they see they are restricted, they come to forums seeking information, they are provided with the link above, they wait for few weeks and they eventually quit (from what I gathered in the last 2 months about 90% player quit after they find out that they have to pay or wait for months).
This system was supposed to combat the bots, but in reality it’s combatting new players. I hope this get changed otherwise I don’t see lost ark ever growing.
This is just feedback, I don’t need help or support with this, I am just saying how it is and giving constructive feedback on how new players are suffering from this system. Thank you for reading and I hope you consider this with the team.
