Since you guys are so wise to do maintenance while most of EU is awake - which is you call. I am still wondering why you post the clock in another timezone than EU.
US and EU are in different time zones like Asia is. So when you schedule maintenanc in EU you should use CET (Central European Time) and not all time zones for US.
I guess your company is so big now, that you are able to do server maintenance around the clock if you wish.
So why do you do it while EU is awake and not when most people are asleep in EU.
You should by now have the experience, when you have been running this game for 3 years now?
What is the reason for doing the maintenace while people are awake?
This is not ranting it is just me stating the obvious.
I know I speak out without any knowledge of yor company setup.
But I guess you have offices around the globe to handle problems which I guess is 24/7. But I might be mistaken.
And lastly I guess you want happy customers to play your game and not make us unhappy. By doing what you do when you do maintenace in the waking hour of a continent.
My answer could be then - we should stop playing and then you won’t earn any money when people stops to play.
An I know there is a real world outside this. But I just want you to know you are annoying people with the way, you do your maintenance.
