I noticed recently the Arkesia coins expire date was moved from the 14th to the 21st. So im taking a guess that the new patch with content will only be dropping the 21st of April.
Seems that way, unless they surprise us tomorrow 
I really thought they extended it to allow Glaivier to get the stones. Unless something came up last second, seems they knew no new content this week.
EDIT: Also, it seems the login rewards is extended a week, rather than a new cycle starting.
