I have this error while trying to use Feiton pass on my Glavier
Any idea how to fix it ? i’ve played it until i unlock Sheet Music tab (same path as for Knowledge Transfer)

I don’t know what i can do to fix it i’ve already claimed bunch of thing on this char so deleting is not an option

Same problem here, I’m a bit upset, I’m waiting for playing glavier for so much time and now there’s a problem with the feiton pass…

Having the same issue, was able to claim the feiton pass ticket, unable to use it on my glavier. Error code 288013

Same issue. Got the 288013 error when trying to use the Power Pass on my level 10 Glaivier, then I tried creating a new character and got the same error.
Edit: I did Feiton story quest yesterday 04/20 for the first time, in case that matters.

Same issue for me aswell. And I dont dare to try it on any other chars since glavier is gonna be my main.

I also have the same problem - tried multiple things. Progressed further down quest line, trying at every junction, nothing. Even made another character, still same error code when using the Feiton powerpass on my Glaiviers (Unknown error 288013).
I have a couple of friends that have the same error, but it’s not being addressed anywhere? Not even the discord is talking about it - literally stopped from progressing.

Got the same problem… Finished Feiton with my Paladin (today) got the pass and activated it. Tried using it on my Glaivier and got the same error Message…
Chat Support told me they have no solution and they will forward the problem to Smilegate… WTF how can that be. We are now stuck and cant do shit…
@Roxx How can that be, that some people cant use the Powerpass and you have no idea how to fix it?

I just spoke with Amazon live chat - they also said the only thing they could do is submit a ticket. We can’t do anything but wait… Thing is, there aren’t a thousand threads about this. It’s a game breaking bug that’s under the radar.

Did you guys created the character before the Glavier was released and let it lvl 1 on Trixion before choosing a class ? because i did. Just to see if we have this in common @Killani @iTocki @Sithik @Kedlar @drivvy @Kryptyk @Lovi

I’ll let y’all know how I fixed it since there is no admin response. Background I had gone through the continents until rohendal, then honed my gear using a bunch of island mats and got straight to ~1000 gear. Skipped Yorn and did Feiton. Tried to use the Feiton pass, no dice, error 288013. I spent today going back and fully completing the Yorn story quest. Once done, jumped back to character select and feiton pass now works.
Make sure that you have all continent stories completed up to and included Feiton. This is Rethramis, Yudia, Luterra West, Luterra East, Tortoyk, Anikka, Arthetine, Vern North, Shushire, Rohendal, Yorn, and Feiton.
This is what worked for me~! Hope it helps y’all out!
