So the Feiton Powerpass Ticket (in my characters inventory) said expiry on 30th June, accordingly I used it today since it expired tonight.
Apparently from various forum posts, reddit etc. after using the pass from your inventory you only have one week to then apply it to a character.
However there does not appear to be any prompt of expiry visible on the login or character screen for this Feiton pass. Am I correct in assuming that after the ticket has been consumed that the pass will stay on my account until used? (e.g. it can sit there until Arcana releases) there is no notice about expiry anywhere that I can see.
If anyone can link a previous reply from a CM on this topic or something that confirms if there is indeed an invisible expiry date (or its permanent) that would be appreciated.

Regarding your concern usually the process should allow you to use the pass on the next 7 days, in case you don’t have the option to use it I can recommend you to reach us via chat using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games to create a support ticket and review your case deeply.
Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Thanks for the reply Wyvernn, someone else pointed out to me that the feiton pass on the login screen (when you mouse over the event trixion pass box) actually says “Expiration date: No limit” so can you confirm it is no limit or if its just the 7 days others keep referring to, and as you have just mentioned in your reply please? Thanks for your time in clarifying this matter.
It used to be 7days. They patched it and now it expire 30th June according to team update for june. 100% sure its just a visual bug saying No limit. it was the case when they patched the 7 day limit.
Currently the information that we have available is that after is redeemed you have 7 days to use it, however this can be updated at any moment, so sadly I cannot give you a 100% certainty on this.
Thanks for that response Wyvernn, I appreciate that you can only provide guidance based on the information you have been supplied and I do appreciate your time in looking into this matter for me.
However as a customer it is quite frustrating when in-game is telling me one thing (no expiry) and then the information the CS team has differs (7-days from clicking the ticket) and that it seems neither information source seems able to be considered definitive.
Its undesirable to be in the position of having to gamble between what the game says and what the CS team says.
I totally understand your concern with this situation, I feel the same nor being able to provide more details since I know you come to the forums looking for answers, not more questions.

We just received word… and have just confirmed the Feiton pass will now be extended until 7/19 for use, so if you still haven’t used it you have a bit more time! A post with more information will be out tomorrow!
@Shadow_Fox can you try and make sure it clarifies if 7/19 applies to the “No Limit” Event Trixion Pass and not just the in-game item in that upcoming post?

Hopefully the information will definitively state whether the “No Limit” Event Trixion Pass (Feiton) as displayed at the server select screen is correct in having no expiry, or if that’s incorrect what the expiry date will be.

So I used it on an alt I didn’t really want to because it was going to expire.
If the Arcanist comes out and I could have used it on her because of this extension, I’m going to be a little miffed.
