I can’t click on the guy next to the board where I need to do the task. Since I can’t click on it, it says you must do the task first when I press the board. The same thing happened when I canceled the task and tried again.
Just leaving this here because I had the exact issue. I even checked other posts and tried things previous commenters suggested and nothing worked.
what did work was to click the “quest items” icon on the bottom right of my inventory. That was where I found the Guardian Raid Certificate. I was then able to interact with/ use the certificate and talk to the guy standing next to the board.
