i was at gold island event and disconnected from game due to long start up game i logging at end of island phase 3, it’s says you claimed reward but didn’t get any thing and i cant do it again 
fix this shit bug or fix your long game start up.
and plz dont give we understand you or sorry for that, just FIX IT.

Open a ticket. It is not the optimal solution, but at least they will send you an item to reset your enter count. I have only done it for weekly loot. I think once they sent me automatically one of those items for a disconnection in a boss rush,
