whoever implemented this garbage should return their pay back to their employer and leave game development because theres no chance they’re even qualified to write a basic hello world app and they 100% lied on their resume and CV
It dosn’t even affect the damn bots , they still post and poster is not limitrd as more than 1 person can biy their stack ao bots are basically unchanged in their behavior, the only thing it does is limit actual players from enjoying the game and players that can regulatw the market from buying to regulate it… But they have the universities and the intelligence so in the end “they must be doing thus crap for a reason” … Good Jesus
Rather than 1 bot buying 10 items, soon 10 bots will buy 1 item each. This is another showcase of AGS’s business intelligence that will only hurt players.
I can tolerate shit on AH, but why the fk is market place even involved, like bots dont use fish, flower, mushrooms, GHLs to transfer gold at all, and there is always legit player dragging price down.
Love it, AGS killing their player base and their experience in game because they won’t fix the actual bot problems. Its the player base’s fault that this BOT issue is happening, lets keep fucking with them.
Banning RMTers who got gold through the mail system is what lead to this. So what do they do, double down on fucking over their players but implementing 3 day crystal hold and then this.
imagine the servers if this was 1st month release player count and they servers had to do these checks.

On at least the other NA region, market was occasionally completely unusable because the trading bots were hammering AH and market. These trading bots will try to snipe trade materials and other stuff going below market price.
You do know that this is an issue even if you were to purchase anything (or attempt to purchase) and try to purchase something again within 10 seconds.
You do know that even if you end up not buying the stuff because it’s no longer in stock at that price will still put you on a cooldown?
Imagine trying to use this as an argument when the message pops up regardless of what you buy and whether or not you even manage to purchase it.
nah we demand actual human beings working on the game, people who input this stupid thing in game dont play it at all, like wtf, every their decision is more cringe than previous, but bots are still here aswell as rmt xD amount of bots already droped, i hope when there will be even less of them (since time is goes and less and less people need to invest hard), they remove all this stupid stuff like 3 day hold and this auction thing
Since this restriction got implemented, the market for gems is totally destroyed.
The price for a higher level gem is a lot more than 3 times the price for gems a level below, since you can buygems only once every 10 seconds.
Just a quick example. A level 1 gem costs 9 gold each. Buy buying enough of them to fuse a level 7 gem, it would cost 6561 gold. Instead a level 7 gem costs 10k-12k gold at the moment.
It’s possible to snipe some of the low-buyout gems that they put up, but it’s a major pain when you fail and still get put on cooldown.
In ~10 minutes I got 14 lv 1 gems for 8-10g
To get a level7 I need 729 lv 1 gems
~9 hours of wrist strain to get a level 7 gem for 6500g
Since gems go neatly into 3s…
27 hours for a lv 8 gem (55,000g)
81 hours for a lv 9 gem (165,000g - 177,000g)
243 hours for a lv 10 gem (265,000g - 725,000g)
