Fix THRONESPIRE BOOKS before too late!

By the time they do any changes everyone will have maxed out 20/20 legendary grudge… at this point it feels like LOA is on maintenance mode where they just update the game every 3 months after Smilegate sends them the patch.

So when it was convenient for you guys (ur guildmates/statics and you) it was not too late, and now that it inconveniences your gold gain it’s suddenly too late? Selfishness + hypocrisy and I could not help but laugh at this post not because it’s against RMT but because the individual reasoning is so beyond vapid/selfish + anti-new players.

AZ always seems to do this, when the robots are full, they remove the cutlery. It’s ironic.

of course they finished with them. the only people that are complaining and acting like this is a big issue are the people who already got their legendary books 20/20 thanks to cheap prices. so now they act like they hate that the bots are making them cheap. selfish players…

I wish we would have that cheap Engraving books. Then normal players could actually buy them.

I agree that bots are a problem. But I also say: cheaper prices are better for all players don’t be selfish only because you got cheap 20/20 books.

wait, wait, are you saying that when you bought it to equip your characters the price was perfect but now since you don’t need them anymore the price is low and you can’t make a profit? it is right? hahahaha you look like the thronespikre troll

They have been abusing this for the past 2 months so it’s safe to say that it’s already too late, the inflation is already out of control, and RMT gold is cheaper than ever before

This bridge hack thing is a problem but I can’t help but think about this:

Bots farm books, players buys them.

This means players and their hard earn clean gold, gets converted to dirty bot gold.

This dirty gold will eventually be banned. Whether from banning the bot, or from the player who bought it via RMT.

If they banned this gold at the bot selling stage, or at the player rmt stage. Gold is removed from the system and thus combats inflation.

If the rmt player spend that gold and is now transfered to an honest player, then no change.

So in the end, bots farming ts books is kind of a gold sink?

Today in KR patch. Soon we get that too.

There are only 9 books on your AH. Spend 50K to buy some, add them to the stockpile you saved up to make extra gold on and relist them for 10K

Books are single trade.

We literally need this ASAP. I am actually surprised it is an issue in KR given the restrictions required to even create an account on those servers.

Maybe they made the changes because of other regions beside KR. But I don’t know if they have also a bot problem there.

I also hope we get it ASAP. Also I think when we have it our book prices will go up (grudge for example) and some people will cry then…

There will always be people crying. If the exploit is fixed and class engraving books go down because RMTers lose their cash cow, I can already see the forums: “Thanks AGS now I can’t sell class engraving books for as much gold now!”

where this bots in s.a? here grudge are 30k hahahahaah saaaaaaaaaaaad

If anything the price will just go higher.

If the Thronespire change is implemented, RMT will lose a very stable, reliable source of free gold. This should in turn cause gold prices to go up, which means RMTers will be buying less. This should in turn lower the prices of the items that RMTers usually buy, although it will not happen overnight…the market is so extremely twisted right now that it will take a long period of time for prices to correct themselves.

Partially right. If everyone claiming that the RMT bots are farming out thronespire yet the prices of books are high, what happenes when you cut that supply out. The DEMAND for the books doesn’t change (or wont change overnight) thus the price for those books will only soar higher. Its the very nature of supply and demand. If supply meets or exceeds demand, prices go lower due to excess availability. If supply does NOT meet demand, prices go higher as access to the item is limited.

And everyone also keeps referencing the class engravings. Note that THRONESPIRE ONLY AFFECTS NON-CLASS ENGRAVING BOOKS. Essentially grudge/keenblunt could easily DOUBLE in price. The class engraving book prices will remain relativly unchanged

I think the books stagnating until the price slowly lowers until after people start beating clown is the more likely scenario.

Directly, yes, but indirectly, the Thronespire activity affects the entire market.

It is because Class engravings cannot be farmed by bots. Battle engravings shouldnt hit this low at this age of the game in NA/EU.
