I posted this on the Game Feedback forum, but I realize now it’s probably a customer service issue.
I can’t trade because I don’t have trusted status, even though I purchased a Gold Founder’s pack directly from Steam a few days before Launch. Not only have I spent money on Steam, but it was on this game, and it was well beyond the required $5. I have a Steam customer support ticket in, but they have not responded yet. From the response to my thread in Game Feedback, it seems DLC purchases might not count towards Trusted Status, in which case I implore you to fix that oversight. I should not have to jump through hoops to prove to you that I paid you $50.
TLDR: I’m not a bot, I can’t trade because I don’t have Trusted Status, and I bought the $50 Gold Founder’s Pack FROM Steam. Fix that, and rethink relying on Steam to tell you who has given you money.
I see that you have recently used an unverified payment method to add funds to your Steam Wallet.
If you have used PayPal or a virtual credit card, you must wait 3 days to purchase from The Community Market.
Any payment method that has not yet been verified using the credit card verification tool is not considered trusted. Adding funds to your Steam Wallet with any untrusted payment method will result in a 3 day Market restriction.
In the future, if you use an unverified credit card, please use this link to verify this payment method and gain access to the Community Market immediately.
Note: Not all banks support our verification process at this time. If you are unable to verify the credit card used to fund your Steam Wallet, you will have to wait for this restriction to expire.

I escalated the ticket, since the last purchase I made was Feb 1st…the founder’s pack…so I highly doubt this 3 day hold is the issue. It’s not enough that they have my money, it has to come from the right place, and be used on the right things.
If it wasn’t clear before, I NEED HELP WITH THIS ISSUE. I’m trying to fix this through Steam, but I’m trying to trade in YOUR GAME, YOU need to be the ones to fix it. Now.

I can confirm that your account is not limited via Steam, nor do you have any restrictions on your Steam account at this time. whether that be VAC/game bans, Market, or community.
With that, the issue you are describing seems to be an issue with the game itself and its in-game account systems. Since we do not make this game, we do not have the tools required, the insight, nor do we have access to the systems to be able to troubleshoot your issue.
I suggest reaching out to the Lost Ark support team, as they should be able to help you out with this issue.

I clicked that link and the options lead me back to the forums…so…now I am officially waiting on Amazon to fix this issue. Any kind of communication to START that customer service process would be nice.
I have the same issue , they trying to fix that matter, but idk … Its been like this… Still waiting for them to fix it. Steam says the error is not from their side , but from lost ark side. But apparently they have a partnership in order to prevent all this people and bot cheating , which clearly its not working very well because its been like this a lot In low lvl . People teleporting and etc , speed hack and so. its just a Shame we cannot trade , and play this game at its full potential . really hope we get a compensation gift for all this matter.
Last week i was “trusted” so i could send 200 gold to a friend, but today i couldn’t send an item to that same friend because im not trusted anymore. My steam account, of course, still flawessly.

I can’t believe bots are still crazy after your fix, but I can’t trade. Like, if you’re going to create problems with every fix, at least try to have a net positive effect with your changes.

I got an update from the technical team regarding the Steam trusted account issues which is causing you unable to trade and send in-game mails.
This official Steam article about Limited Steam accounts details that players have to invest 5$ into Steam in order to have a trusted account status. Also it will take some time for the Steam support team to verify the payment; therefore the exact time could vary.
This article from the patch notes on March 24th explains the logic behind this mechanism. Please check the New Fraud & Bot prevention System paragraph.

Hello, after the last update on 23.6.2022 I have the same problem - cannot send mails in the game with attachments, something that i was able to do until then (and this to the same character i was sending mails in the past so nothing new here). Obviously my Steam account also didn’t change overnight, so the problem lies squarely with the last patch. What exactly is the new logic that was introduced in this patch? Please make it public so at least Steam could react and fix it for us, because reading this forum makes me think Amazon doesn’t care at all about this trusted status problem and it is extremely insulting to the player base that are all still waiting for solution 4 months after.
