Most of those pheons probably went into tripods and were very useful. A lot of us were given over 50k gold worth of pheons, it’s not even comparable to your other examples. On the servers with insane blue crystal prices this was absolutely game changing and it’s weird for you to try and downplay it.
on SA considering you have 10 characters on your roster, the prizes (pheons, card packs and battle items) were over 100k gold in value.
that’s 2 days before a massive update with a new class and new tripod system is a huuuge advantage for those who managed to get it.

some may ask “why it’s advantage?”. well, who got it ended up saving around 100k gold that would be spent with pheons and now can spend it with other necessary things such as engravings and acc while people who didn’t got it still needs to manage their gold to afford pheons + engravings + accs/stones.

They fixed the imbalance. Besides wasting our times and nerves we’re back to square one with 30 extra pheons and a couple items as compensation for it.

We spent 70+ pheons per characters due to your tripod update and only get 10 as a subsidy. And now you take it away and pretend how good you are? This is a crap system and other games do not have this revenue generating system at all. To avoid further issue, why dont you remove the pheon system and let us buy items easily?

@Roxx what will you do about the Pheons that were bought and removed?
ALOT of players did not got any Pheons for free so they bought some. They lost there pheons aswell… This is the most fucked up bullshit in any mmo I have seen in 30 years of playing games.
This is Blizzard Diablo Immortal level of bullshit. If this is not fixxed within 24h Amazone and Smilegate played russian roulette with 6/6 bullets.

The thing is, customer is king and if SMilegate or Amazone did a “upsi” HOW THE HELL DO WE HAVE TO PAY for it. Its not like “oh i did not got anything for free so I LOST something” its more like “hey I bought something and now YOU YERKS STOLE MY MONEY” AND “hey you guys STOLE MORE PHEONS THAN I GOT”

Oh neat folks in Discord reporting if you have a negative pheon balance you cannot buy anything on the market at all (even non Pheon related stuff)
Also maybe Elozwin - US East just has a lot of early morning chads or something, but it seems like a whole lot of people are reporting going negitive.
