As far as I am concerned, there is a bug with mission 19 under collectibles in the welcome challenge. According to discussions, it seems that only female classes can claim these rewards with the completion of “The Lyre of Love”. However, male classes that have completed this quest can’t claim the rewards?? Please fix this bug.

Just to mention i have exactly the same issue, i have a male character, did the island and got the heart but i can’t claim the reward.

I found out that you can do this quest line on an alt. So best way around this is to make a female alt with powerpass and do the questline. Hope this helps!

The quests are based on the gender of your class. To complete this quest, you need to finish the quest on a FEMALE character, not a male class. Hence you need to make an alt/mule to finish this quest in order to obtain the rewards from welcome challenge. Hope this helps.
