I have temporary solution, Just make BOOBA character and you can accept the proper quest for the island. Also welcome challenge works. I assume dude who was making the challange forget that there is 2 separate quests with same name for male and female characters.

@Domex So in order for it to work, you have to complete a quest on an alt that give 800 armor mat T2, and life fragments ?..
Was hoping the hotfix did something lol…but nope!
Same issue here. Challenge only completes if you did the quest on a female character.

I was able to do it on both my male and female character, got the T2 materials from the questline itself on both and went on my main (male) and claimed the Welcome Challenge T2 mats on him

Not actually too bad just make a female alt. You get to do the quests again and all the T2 rewards are roster bound so you can just give them to your main
island quests are roster quests^

Bumping this till we at least get feedback saying they’re working on fixing it. This is honestly a joke that it’s not been fixed yet.
og dont even know what have they done in the last maintenance, servers are still shit, none of the bugs are fixed.
