I will admit the title is a tiny bit miss-worded, it’s early.
If that’s your thing, playing the unpredictable auction house ( due to numerous factors ) or you want to do whatever with it because you did so in the past and know your way around, go ahead, use it.
For reference: I am a F2P 2 x T3 1385, 2 x T2 ( 1050+ ) and 1 x T1 Characters - still deciding which to push first or I like more - except one Omen Skin Set for my DB.
But for the people like me that are generally not as smart ( not in a bad way, can’t describe it any other way ) with maths / spreadsheets / constant checking prices and re-calculating and if you’re one of those people ( like me, again ) - just don’t. Go with your gut.
Do not watch Youtube Guides that clickbait you into watching 25 minutes long stuff and make your more confused, they’re all stealing your playtime enjoying your game. Because I guarantee you that you will watch 25 minutes, hop ingame hoping to make mad money, rewinding the video and trying to copy or understand and boom - 5 hours are gone and you made 10 Gold without moving from the spot.
Do not bookmark 30 spreadsheets and try to calculate and think it’s going to get you to T3, or 1340 or 1370 or 1385.
There is RNG in the game. You can have a bad day or a good day. S*** you can get 10k from your Una Weekly Treasure Chest. You can get 4 Legendary Engravings to sell in a day.
And I made the mistakes trying to follow “gold guides” and “spreadsheets” and whatnot because I was struggling for gold ( or so I thought )
Ever since I stopped doing that, just going with my gut, buying accessoires that I want need on both mains and alts to minmax ( hell I already get 2 x 15 Engravings in T1, 3 x 15 in T2 otherwise I don’t play my daily “outgoing” gold is like… 10k? But every day I end up with like 1-2k more than before ( which is good now that gold is “disappearing” as you noticed )
Just do what you feel.
Have fun. Even if you rush.
But if you never used advanced math / never played auction house / never did any of those things - do NOT listen to content “creators”.
Go. With. Your. Gut. Have. Fun.
