If I’m reading it correctly, it’s 7 minutes time from when your appeal was received to them reviewing it in detail and issuing a final verdict of no more responses. Without checking on the information you provided?

Ya that’s pretty unfortunate to put it politely. A good way to see if they actually reviewed the information provided though. Hopefully Shadow_fox had some leverage and information from their meeting on this issue I know she said she was going to bring it up.
funny thing is i get asked for evidence, i send them a full video, explantation + insights into my Bank details and get completly ghosted which i can even proove.
i dont know if any other support team has spit more in my face than they have.
They dont care at all i guess, maybe you get lucky the first time and it gets lifted, i believe if you get one time sentenced noone reads your next appeal.

i also asked for how i can protect myself from being a legit player not falsely randomly selling to someone Who uses RMT? no answer
i just hope shadow_foxx comes out with at least some news, this appeal team is just harassing people, i have never been so let down or so dissapointed in someone who dont even give me evidence and show me that i did something wrong even when i showed them everything in my might that i didnt.

I’ve been dealing with the same situation for a few days now. After providing everything from steam transactions to bank statements they’ve responded with nothing other than the generic copy/paste email response. The appeal team is absolute trash.

i hope this gets sorted for us man, i love the game but every mail from them and every day passing is making me going to quit the game and leaving Amazon prodcuts in general, just because i feel so badly treated by them.

Known this to be happening since Launch month. Glad you’re not banned and just flagged. Tons of people I know are not as fortunate. RIP Assy.
Ive been at this topic for a month now. They literally flagged and removed all my post as spam. They give zero cares because theres nothing they can do. A CM even closed my post saying that appeals haft to be handled through amazon. the forums WILL NOT do anything other than venting your frustration. Seems now its just play the game and hope you do/dont get banned for BS. Ive really slowed down on playing lost ark cause everyone i know left and an active non troll/toxic guild doesn’t exist anymore. Ive yet to even do valtan. Sucks because the KR version had me so hyped but I really think EAC and Amazon are the reason this game sucks. Ill keep burning time till something else comes along. Im too paranoid to use the AH and im over a month now on argos with 2 characters with ZERO usable accessories or rocks. So non AH progression is out the window. I look forward to the day I get banned for posting a GG accessorie cause thats how my luck is.

im Logging and and play and have fun, but after like some minutes the penalty thought kicks in, knowing im limited in the function of gold, im just grabbing the gold i get raw through raids and stuff. i have like 2 drops which are worth around 5k and im afraid to put them up for sale. i feel like i cant sell anything anymore.
it bugs me so much to have found a game which i love and could play for continous hours but this feeling kills the whole aspect for me. Im becoming so sad writing this here its insane.

Interesting that you have all these screenshots already to go for when you were “falsely banned” for RMTing. Almost like you were ready to scream foul play and post info that makes you look good like every other RMTer does.

???, those screen shot are AH history, you can take those anytime you want.
If you will take the time to read clearly you will see that he is not banned, he was only given a warning, and it is the most ridiculous warning, sell a 100k item to earn 100k RMT gold. totally ridiculous.
I’m certain they did bring it up, but at the end of the day its the manager’s job to then relay that elsewhere and get the relevant people/departments to get it done.
Yeah pretty much. So long as they are actually looking into it and prevent it from happening in the future is enough for me. I seriously doubt that they will actually publicly admit to any wrong doing. It is very unfortunate that they decided to become so disconnected from their customers. It is what it is though. I have been trying to get them to listen to feedback on their penalty systems for the better part of the last year. They are going to do whatever is cheapest. That means more automation and less actual customer support.
