Sorry this happened to you. So If I understand correctly you sold a gem and it was likely the person that bid on it was using RMT gold but you got punished. That is really sad. I hope amazon reads your post and fixes this. Please let us know the outcome.

I know just what I want to say to the company executive that decided on this forum template but no way of getting it to him. Alas, these are truly dark times.
That said, I wanted to add to my earlier point that it is perfectly possible that every single person complaining about these kinds of bans is guilty as charged, and all the false positives to be handled by support through a manual check and never have them reach the forums.
The only ones with the means to know that for a fact are the developers of this game, but I would say that with how New World was handled, things getting so bad as for people being able to abuse the automated system to win territory wars by banning the opponent’s top hitters right before the fight with no consequence…
Well, I would sure hope to not have to personally test how much their support has improved since.

I’m not going to show what skill it is because I don’t want an actual RMT to snipe it or a rich whale to do the same just to ruin everything. As well as AGS not to put me on a watchlist in case their auto ban falsely bans me and they unban me and pretend nothing happens.

Idk, if I do get falsely banned, feel like there still will be people calling me a cheater, say I actually rmt gold and get banned for that and all of this effort is just to paint a negative picture toward SG/AGS and their auto flag system like a propaganda.
That will always be the case sadly… people will still cry foul play even when looking evidence in the face. Even if you don’t get banned that does not mean that these cases are not happening. But like I said much earlier in this thread the percentage of players being hit by this are probably extremely low. Meaning that just because you and the people you play with are fine does not mean that everyone is. 1 player is barely even measurable against the total active player base.
Just gonna see how this play out, i’m gonna let the gold sits for at least a week, if i don’t get banned I guess i will just donate the gold to someone via mail. It would be funny if the guy get banned and not me though
Also, I do hope people that actually thinking of calling me a cheater (when I do get banned) and all of this is a plot, know that I gain nothing from this. Even if I get falsely banned, AGS/SG will just apologize, say they fix the system, and move on. People that aren’t affected will still play the game, with me banned or without me banned anyway. And if I do in fact rmt, why would I try to do all this for AGS/SG to pay more attention to this and improve their ban system. If there are in fact innocents getting falsely banned, I (if an rmt) can hide behind that and use it as a shield, saying the game has a bs system as well.

this time they seem to at least watch my video but havent got an answer in like 15 hours 
feels bad for ya man i have 15 friends that sold level 8 -9 gems and they got permanently, while my guild mates RMT that never got banned once. They have no system and everything is done on suspicion. Now they wont even come back and amazon is losing good players.
