I paid $100 for a skin I cannot preview and have no way to see it other than a 1cm by 1cm icon on my 32 inch monitor what a joke. All im saying is at least give a workaround and let me exchange it. I know this is a common issue, you know why it’s a common issue? Let me answer that for you it’s because its a common error due to terrible design and poor implementation the only way to change it? Move off the server you spent time on what a joke… Im thoroughly irritated that there isnt a one time do over option given to these players like me who put out way to much money for this honestly for $100 you couldn’t give us all three colors? Its single character bound unreal.
Oh trust me. AGS won’t do a damn thing and their live chat/support is 100% bot. They evidently lack the technology to manually add/remove things per account so. And many other things as well. Someone wanted to exchange a pet for a different color and they said haha no.
The best you can do is buy one off the marketplace.
