Hi all of the players suffer from Error 10010
I was stacked on the Error 10010 problem all most the entire day of yesterday. Talking to the Amazon Customer service like 2-3 hours, they are patient and trying to solve for me. But, finally we didn’t make it. But accidentally find a way to login,
You could try to link your laptop or PC to the WiFi hotspot of your phone!

Even though this IP block wave is pointing to those bots. But sadly they have already come back.
This is like, you are trying to stop bugs coming to your house from the front door. So, you use hammer and everything else to fully arm your front door. however, you realize that the bugs are coming into your house from you back door few minutes laterdoes not help if you have limited hotspot data

Nobody has unlimited hotspot nor does it make sense for us to be forced to use hotspot everytime we have to play a game. This is most likely a IP ban on innocent customers as AGS thought we were bots. Unless this is fixed quick enough, as a customer who did nothing wrong, I am planning on finding a way to get refunded on the money I used.
Yup even “unlimited hotspot” usage gets capped after a while.
This is really a good method because hotspots will change my IP. but the traffic is limited.
Oh, Sorry I didn’t say that. My laptop will switch from my hotspot WiFi to my apartment WiFi automatically. maybe you could do that too.

You mean use the hotspot to log into the game, then turn off the hotspot to let the wifi switch automatically? This is a good method, but I am worried that it will create new problems that will lead to permanent ban

I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting into the game based on error “10010”. We can assure you our devs have thoroughly reviewed the root cause for this error and have determined it is caused by specific settings on your Network and not directly caused by the game or servers. The most common cause for the error is the use of a VPN or proxy redirect, however, there are other settings specific ISP’s may use which can also cause this to happen. As an example we can use what most of you point out where the game is accessible on a mobile network whereas not on the ISP network.
Unfortunately, given this is not directly caused by our servers or by settings we can tweak on our end, there is no fix that can be applied by us either but you can find several possible work around steps that may help override your network settings that could be causing the error found here:
