think we do have this
only for buying blue crystals, not for purchases in Auction House
so if i put something in ah and they 10k all ready in ah mine wont sell in till that 10k has gone

I think if we have this system it will have to work very similar to the one in black desert, where the one that has the highest pre order will buy the item even if the seller choosed to sell in a lower price.
Nah because people already buy low priced items just so they can sell at the higher prices. If they could do it automatically with purchase orders, it would be even worse. Things would never go down in price.
Where? I can only buy stuff which others have listed. I can’t put out a buy order.
