Plat founder owner with early access, start on Azena and got my toon to 50s and used both my powerpass, I did not realize the Server will be locked for f2p players, I want to play with my son and friends, so i did not mind to start new on Sasha, but i just found out the passpass was a one time deal?
I dont care if you delete all my stuff on azena, it will be nice to give the player a 2nd chance to receive the pass again.
The launch was messy and confusing please help!
tbh its not really locked, they just have to create chars at night or now for instance 
You cannot do shit at prime time mosty, although some transfer posibility would be for sure nice to have.
if its green they should manage
AFAIK it’s not permanently locked, only during the busiest times of the day when the servers are getting rammed. Try to see if they can make characters there outside of peak hours when there’s less people online?
We can see the Azena server status, few hours into games a lot of things can happens, most of the friends are pretty hardcore which some of the f2p players have already reach 50s at this point, we only have a few players who moved to new server to play with friends. Plus they claimed the twitch drop item on new server already, I have claimed my on the old server, which i didnt mind too much about the pets and the paper hat items.
Server transfer will be nice, but by the time they implemented it, it will probably be useless for us unless some how they can move the game items like mounts and pets.
The Power boost item is nice to have.
@Roxx if devs team and amazon team can consider offering players a 2nd chance, this will be nice. You can delete my toon in Azena since I will not be playing on two server, it doesnt make any sense to be on the same Region and playing on two server.
