hello, i got my platinum pack again and i opened the items normally, i noticed that came 1000 royal crystals, i had 5900 royal crystals, when i used the pack i got 6900 royal crystals, so i decided to use 940 royal crystals buying blue crystals, but when i bought , did not buy for the 940 crystals that I won in currency exchange I got 4960 royal crystals and in lost ark shop I got 5960 royal crystals how is this possible? if i had 6900 royal crystals, i should have 5960 royal crystals in lost ark shop and 5960 in currency exchange, how can i have 5960 royal crystals in lost ark shop and 4960 royal crystals in currency exchange? I need some clarification on this because it was as if I hadn’t won the 1000 bonus crystals from the platinum package…
