they mentioned in their recent update this. Roster Storage is your account Storage from there you pick stuff on your characters. but again they’re not going to be available if you pick them up on 1 server and then decide to switch servers. if you use them then you decided you wanted to use them on that specific server i’m not saying this based on RU/KR i’m just saying how it works. you didn’t buy the founder pack expecting to be able to get its benefits on any server you switch to. you bought it for 1 account and 1 server that you want to settle in.
The thing is I completely understand about the skins I am talking about the rest of the items. Like are Royal crystals server specific or region free? are the boxes once? or are they delivered to you when you meet the level requirements 10/20/30/40/50 ect or are they all given at once and are lvl locked.
Royal Crystals are server specific. same for the boxes. if you open the boxes in 1 server you won’t receive them in another server. they won’t be delivered to you immediately till you reach the first city which is at level 10. that’s where you can claim your stuff.
Seems a bit weird to me. I completely understand if you purchased it in game that could apply. Should they not have a disclosure or something declaring on the purcahse page. Most founder packages from other games are benefits you get that are usually not one time consumables if multiple servers are involved provided the economies are completely separate with no interaction.
well i wish if i could get the founder pack stuff in any server in the region. that would be cool and makes it easier for me to enjoy playing in different servers in the region but unfortunately that’s not possible. it’s only bound to the server you choose to settle in.
no they don’t have an expiration date. they’re meant for you to claim them on whatever character you want. if they had expiration date they would’ve mentioned that you must claim them before “x time” or you’ll lose them. also would be pretty bad in general.
it’s a server specific. you’ll have roster storage in every server but that’ll be bound to your account in that specific server.
that’s because everyone been asking about the skins for the most part so they wanted to clarify and make it clear for the player’s that the skins are one time per account. if they’ve been asking about the rest of the stuff they would’ve answered them too but everyone is aware that the founder pack is per account only. and not per region.
Yeah is the roster storage account wide irrelevant of region. so if you start on one region but decide to change regions before claiming anything will that be there on the other region?
if you decide to settle in 1 specific server yes. like for example if you claim the stuff from the roster storage in 1 server you won’t be able to see them in another server that’s why i said server specific. you must make sure that you want to settle on 1 server before claiming them. they won’t be delivered again if you’ve claimed them already.
oh yeah it really sucks that it’s not available for everyone. people will need VPN due to not having a server available for their region. but maybe they’ll open more servers in the future hopefully.
We can play legitimately as Aus/NZ is covered by AGS publishing rights for lost ark. We just dont have that physical server for the nice ping so at this point we have to play on NA west. Which is fine and great that we get to play dont get me wrong. But losing the founders skins if they ever release OCE server will be a bit of a hit especially for the price we paid.
understandable. and by that time well founders pack won’t exist anymore for OCE to purchase them. which again sucks. and many of them don’t wanna buy founders pack due to not having a server. makes sense but if they announced a server in the work and i was one of them i would save the founder pack on my main account and not play the game on it and use a different account to play lost ark on it. big brain!
I am curious are skin(s), mount(s) and pet(s) server/region free once you own them or are those server locked. I understand some skins are one ownership so can only be used by one character who can use it at a time.
the skins / mounts / pets are bound to the server you choose to use them on. mounts + pets are account-wide in the server so if you use them on 1 character you’ll be able to also use them on any new character you create. same for the skins that you get that aren’t from the founder pack. you can put them in your account warehouse and pick them up on any class that can use the skin on it. but switching servers won’t let you see them cause whatever you get on 1 server stays in that server.
The skins bind on equip. Please show me any MMO in history where soulbound items become tradeable. Roxx states that they bind on equip to the character.
