When and where can I claim my founder pack on a new server? Because I cannot see any information about it.

Another topic got the reply from official side that we get the 2. Founder packs as early as possible. But as they said the deadline is today so i think it can still take a few days.
(also waiting for my 2nd platinum on mynew server) 
There is no deadline. Learn to read. All they said is you need to have redeemed the first pack by today. There is no mention regarding WHEN you get the second.
I misunderstood this as well. I probably need either new glasses or a new brain.
