Im not quite sure if theres an answer for this already since i cant find any but I wanted to ask for me and my guildmates if the Founders pack is locked on the first server that you create a character on or if its just region locked (so i could just make a character lets say on kadan but switch servers and use my founders packs there)

From what I remember reading, I’ve heard it being server-locked and not region-locked. Just in case that’s right, be mindful of the server you roll on ahead of time.
That message from Roxx was in response to a question asking if founders packs could be redeemed again when swapping regions (after having already done so in the previous region); it also doesn’t say where it will be delivered to, but from previous statements we were told it will be to the account storage (same as KR/RU/JP), so there’s good reason to believe it’ll be fine as long as you don’t redeem it out of storage until you’re sure you’re happy with your server.
It’s more reasonable to assume it’ll work the same as other regions (and that Roxx’s statement was unfortunately less clear than it could have been) than to freak out and think AGS deliberately went out of their way to make the launch worse.
Yup, all purchases from cash shop go to an account delivery system/storage which you can then claim for any character on any server. The founders packs will most likely be delivered to that. I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
